With a commitment to developing sustainable housing projects, ORN has always given importance to the environment. The company has a policy of selecting environmentally friendly materials and technologies in every step of construction. The company selects construction materials that have received the SCG Green Choice label to create housing projects that meet lifestyle needs, such as prefabricated roof structures that use at least 45% less materials than steel structures and have a lifespan that is 1.5 times longer, concrete roofs that use at least 13% recycled materials in production, and low-carbon CPAC concrete that reduces CO2 emissions from the production process, equivalent to using 1 cubic meter of concrete, which is equivalent to planting 2.5 trees.

SCG Structural Cement reduces greenhouse gas emissions in the manufacturing process by at least 17 kg./ton of cement, Concrete Roof Tiles reduce the use of natural resources by using recycled materials in production by at least 5%, CPAC standard concrete reduces CO2 emissions by at least 17 Kg/m3 ^when   compared to OPC formula concrete with equivalent concrete compression strength, Ceramic tiles can inhibit bacteria on the tile surface by up to 90%.

This collaboration demonstrates ORN’s commitment to developing residential projects that meet the needs of today’s customers who care about the environment and their quality of life. The selection of construction materials with the SCG Green Choice label in ORN’s residential projects can help reduce carbon dioxide emissions from the material production process by 33,817 kilograms, equivalent to planting 3,381 trees. It also allows residents to experience environmentally friendly living and a sustainable better quality of life.
