2.<\/p><p><strong>Year 2010<\/strong><br>Opened a new project with 5 projects in total consisting of Ornsirin 3, Ornsirin 4, Ornsirin 5 of Ornsirin Townhome 1, and The Next 2 Condominium.<\/p><p><strong>Year 2012<\/strong><br>The company increased its registered capital to 500 million baht. To raise capital for the project expansion within Chiang Mai, the registered capital amounts for more than 700 million baht. Opened 6 projects all together consisting of Ornsirin 6 Single House project, Commercial Building Project in business center 1 and 2, Chiang Khang business center, and The Next 1 and The Next 3 condominium.<\/p><p><strong>Year 2013<\/strong><br>Launched 5 projects in total consisting of Ornsirin 11 and Ornsirin 14 Single House Project, Business Center Commercial Building 4, 4.1 (Ornsirin 6 project) and Business Center 5 (Ornsirin 14). On February 14, 2013, the luxury condominium project was launched on Chang Khlan road under the name The Astra, a jewel of Chiang Mai affiliated with North Home Co., Ltd., with a total of 18 projects worth 8,600 million baht.<\/p><p><strong>Year 2014<\/strong><br>To facilitate future growth and the stock marketing list, the company has restructured its internal structure. Professional executives from the company in several stock exchanges worked with different groups of businesses to promote global standards and broaden income in the long run. Increase the quality by entering into the ISO system of the construction work and work related to the vision and mission. The vision operates under the concept of customer satisfaction and happiness in living life. Consists of style, quality location, and services that are efficient and environmentally friendly. Creates a community and quality of life to build trust and growth for customers.<\/p><p><strong>Year 2015<\/strong><br>Launched Ornsirin Holding Co., Ltd., and groups of subsidiaries (North Home Co., Ltd., Ornsirin Group Co., Ltd., Ornsirin Property Co., Ltd., and North Home Property Co., Ltd.,) to develop residential and commercial purposes that adhere to international standards in order to lead the real estate market in the North.<\/p><p><strong>Year 2016<\/strong><br>Launched new projects for sale, Urban Myx, that is a commercial and residential building under the name of Ornsirin Group Co., Ltd., opening a total of 19 projects.<\/p><p><strong>Year 2017<\/strong><br>On February 1, 2014, it joined with 5 affiliated companies of housing projects and commercial buildings which are Ornsirin Property Co., Ltd., under the management of Ornsirin Holding Co., Ltd., preparing to register as a public company.<\/p><p><strong>Year 2018<\/strong><br>Under the company\u2019s dynamic development, Ornsirin Holding Co., Ltd., and its subsidiaries were in the process of expanding 3 new projects which are single houses, townhomes, and condos that fulfills the needs of residents in every form.<\/p><p><strong>Year 2019<\/strong><br>Further expansion of the project by launching a single-detached house of the company to enhance the standard of living which is the BELIVE project on Ring Road- San Kamphaeng. BELIVE meaning \u201cbelieving in the quality of Ornsirin '' as the intention is to create the best for Chiang Mai people.
